Queen Amidala's Celebration/Parade Gown

I tried and tried to get the hair right, but the best I could do was Padmé's Episode I Battle Outfit hairstyle (which turned out really well). Wearing this costume out in public to an event tended to cause a bit of havoc on the parasol - it got jostled out of shape but I was able to straighten it out fine later. Plus in the morning I put the white makeup on too lightly, so I redid it before I went out in the evening.
